OCEAN TOWNSHIP, NJ – Ocean County First Assistant Prosecutor Michael T. Nolan, Jr., and Ocean Township Police Chief Michal Rogalski announced yesterday that Alicia K. Campbell, 35, has been charged with theft, financial facilitation, forgery, falsifying records, and credit card fraud. Campbell allegedly misused over $175,000 of funds while working as the Lifestyle Director of the Greenbriar Oceanaire Community & Golf Course, a senior living community.
The investigation revealed that between January 2019 and January 2022, Campbell purchased items for her personal use and used Venmo to transfer association funds into her personal bank account. Campbell enlisted the help of a coworker, Evan Garaizar, 25, to create fraudulent receipts to cover her tracks. Garaizar has also been charged with forgery for his involvement in the scheme.
