Man dies after being shot multiple times in Philadelphia’s Mantua section

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A 27-year-old man was fatally shot multiple times in Philadelphia’s Mantua section on Sunday morning. The police received a call around 4:15 a.m. reporting the gunshot victim on the 700 block of Dekalb Street
