MANCHESTER, MD – A Pennsylvania man is celebrating his third Maryland Lottery win, this time a $50,000 top prize on a $50,000 Cash instant ticket. The 53-year-old bought the winning scratch-off at Sheetz #177, located at 3281 Main Street in Manchester.

The lucky winner previously won $1 million on a $20 instant ticket and $100,000 on a holiday scratch-off.

The contractor from Hanover plans to use his latest prize to take a vacation with his wife. There are still 119 top prizes remaining for the $50,000 Cash instant ticket, which went on sale in December 2022. Sheetz #177 will receive a $500 bonus from the Lottery for selling the winning ticket.
