Columbia Woman Faces Harassment and Terroristic Threats Charges After Altercation

COLUMBIA, PA – On March 25th, 2023, at around 9:35 pm, Kelsey Jo Williams, 30, of Columbia, PA, allegedly committed acts of harassment and made terroristic threats during an altercation at the intersection of South 4th and Union Streets in Columbia. The victim claimed that Williams engaged in a heated argument before making threats against them, causing fear for their safety.

An officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department was called to the scene, where they gathered statements from the victim and witnesses. Based on the evidence, the officer filed charges against Williams, who is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. A court date has been set for Williams to appear and answer to the charges.
