Winning Powerball tickets sold in Jersey City, South Jersey

JERSEY CITY, NJ – Two New Jersey Lottery players have won the $50,000 second-tier prize after matching four of the five white balls and the Power Ball drawn for the Saturday, April 8, drawing. The lucky tickets were sold at Grove News Corner Inc., 119 Newark Ave., Jersey City in Hudson County, and Shop Rite #504, 100 South Blackhorse Pike, Williamstown in Gloucester County.

The winning numbers for the Saturday, April 8, drawing were: 11, 22, 24, 51, and 60. The Red Power Ball number was 18, and the Power Play was 3X. Nearly 24,701 New Jersey players won an estimated $148,932 in prizes ranging from $4 to $300.

In addition to the main draw, the Double Play drawing is an optional add-on feature for players. The Double Play drawing results for the Saturday, April 8, drawing were: 15, 26, 44, 49, and 51. The Double Play Ball number was 22.
