Lakewood’s Historic Strand Theater Seeking Porters

LAKEWOOD, NJ – The Strand Theater in Lakewood, located at 400 Clifton Avenue, is currently seeking porters to join their team. The board of the theater is searching for individuals who are detail-oriented and available to work during shows and events to ensure that the theater’s facilities are clean, organized, and safe for all visitors.

Porters will be responsible for various duties, including bar backing for large shows, maintaining clean and tidy restrooms, assisting with pre and post-event cleanup, checking in and organizing day deliveries, setting up merchandise tables for performers, and preparing the gallery for events.
