WARWICK TOWNSHIP, PA – On Saturday, officers from the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department were dispatched to a residence in the 300 Block Coventry Lane in response to a report of a domestic assault.

Upon arrival, the officers encountered Aye La Htoo, a 39-year-old Lititz resident.

An investigation revealed that Htoo was involved in a domestic disturbance with his paramour, and evidence gathered at the scene indicated that he was the aggressor in the altercation. Consequently, Htoo was charged with violation of the Pennsylvania Crimes Code 2706(A1) for Terroristic Threats and 2701(A) for Simple Assault.

Following his arrest, Htoo was transported to NLCRPD headquarters for processing before being taken to the Lancaster County Prison for arraignment. Authorities are urging anyone with further information on this incident to contact the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department.
