HARRISBURG, PA – A man who exploited women and recruited them through an online website has been charged with sex trafficking in Chambersburg.

Attorney General Michelle Henry announced the filing of criminal charges against Joseph “Jay” Pulizzi, 37, of Chambersburg, for operating a human trafficking operation across Cumberland, Dauphin, Perry, and York counties. Pulizzi is charged with multiple offenses, including felony counts of trafficking of individuals, involuntary servitude, and aggravated assault.

The investigation revealed that Pulizzi targeted vulnerable women, many of whom were suffering from substance use disorders, homelessness, and other hardships. He deceived them into paid sexual encounters with customers he recruited using the website “Skip the Games.”

Pulizzi primarily used the website to arrange paid encounters with buyers, forcing the women to perform sexual acts in exchange for money, while keeping most of the proceeds for himself. Pulizzi was arrested in Chambersburg and is being held without bail.
