BROOKLYN, MD – On Sunday, at approximately 2:00 p.m., officers responded to a report of a residential burglary in the unit block of Bon Air Avenue in Brooklyn.

Neighbors alerted the police to loud music coming from an apartment that was supposed to be vacant. When the complainants went to investigate, they were confronted by an unknown male who pointed a handgun at them, forcing them to retreat back into their residence.

Officers arrived at the scene and apprehended the suspects as they exited the residence in question. A search of the residence yielded a replica handgun and a paintball gun.

The owner of the residence confirmed that the occupants, Kyree Elliott Plummer, 18, of Baltimore, Maryland, and a 16-year-old male from Severn, Maryland, did not have permission to be at or inside the property. Both suspects were arrested and charged accordingly.
