TRENTON, NJ – Pork Roll has made it to the level of being the theme of a New Jersey Lottery scratch off ticket.

The New Jersey Lottery has announced the launch of a new scratch-off ticket called “The Jersey Debate,” which aims to settle the classic breakfast meat naming dispute in the state.

For just $5, players can uncover either the PORK or HAM symbols to win prizes up to $200,000. The ticket will be available in stores from May 1, and other ticket tie-ins, giveaways, and contests will also be announced for VIP Club members and social media followers.

New Jerseyans can stop by their local delis and grab this new ticket along with their favorite breakfast sandwich to have some fun settling the debate.

National Pork Roll Day will be celebrated on May 23.

Executive Director James Carey of the New Jersey Lottery called the ticket a fun and lighthearted way to celebrate a uniquely New Jersey debate and hopes it brings some joy and excitement to players across the state.
