NYPD releases photo of suspect wanted for slashing 15-year-old boy’s face during robbery

NEW YORK, NY – Police in New York City have released a photo of a suspect alleged to have been involved in an April robbery and slashing of a teenage boy in the Bronx.

According to a police report, the robbery took place in front of 1110 Boston Road, within the confines of the 42 Precinct.

The incident occurred on Friday, April 14, 2023, at around 10:30 PM when unidentified individuals approached a 15-year-old boy and slashed his face with a knife before stealing his cellphone and fleeing on foot.


The victim was immediately taken to the NYC Health and Hospitals/Harlem by emergency medical services, and he is currently in a stable condition.

The suspects are still at large, and the NYPD is requesting help from anyone who can identify the suspects.

The NYPD has released images of an unidentified individual, whom they believe can assist in the ongoing investigation. The public is urged to provide any information about the robbery or the individual depicted in the attached media.
