Arson Investigation Launched After Man Found Dead Inside Burned out Vehicle, Reward Offered

PHILADELPHIA, PA – Police are investigating a possible arson in Philadelphia. On November 17, 2022, when two vehicles were set ablaze on the sidewalk at 3501 N. 10th Street. Upon arrival, police officers discovered the remains of an unknown male inside one of the burnt vehicles.

The Fire Department determined that the fire was intentionally started using an incendiary substance, leading to the classification of the incident as an arson.

The City of Philadelphia is now offering a reward of $20,000 for any information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for this homicide.
