Two teens robbed at knifepoint in the Bronx

NEW YORK, NY – Police are investigating the robbery of two young boys in the Bronx that took place on May 1, at around 8 pm.

According to the New York City Police Department, two boys, ages 14 and 15, were robbed at knifepoint.

Police said they were walking in front of 1490 Sheridan Boulevard when they were approached by two male individuals.


The suspects, brandishing knives, demanded the minors hand over their iPhones. The victims complied with the terrifying request and the assailants subsequently fled on foot, disappearing into the city. The stolen iPhones were valued at around $1,900.

Fortunately, no physical injuries were reported. The suspects were described as two males, between the ages of 15 and 17.
