Police raid home in Ocean County Drug Bust

Beachwood, NJ – The Detective Bureau of the Beachwood Police Department has concluded an investigation into the distribution of narcotics at a residence located at 84 Birch Street. Through the detectives’ efforts, the investigation successfully identified individuals involved in the distribution of narcotics from the residence, as well as a “Wildwood” camper situated on the property.

On May 1st, a court-authorized search warrant was executed at 84 Birch Street by members of the Beachwood Police Department in collaboration with the Ocean County Regional SWAT team.

The joint operation aimed to curb illegal drug activities in the area. As a result of the search, law enforcement officials located drugs in the possession of two individuals at the home.

Timothy Claus, 53, was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine, while Florio Rasoilo, 54, was found to be in possession of Oxycodone pills.


Claus has been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession/Distribution within 500 feet of a public park. He was taken to the Ocean County Jail, where he will remain pending a detention hearing.


Rasoilo faces charges of possession without a lawful prescription and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Rasoilo was served with a summons complaint and released.

The ‘Wildwood’ camper located on the premises was seized, pending forfeiture, as part of the ongoing investigation.
