Traffic alert: Road Closures and Parking Restrictions in Effect for Annual Teaneck 5K Run

Teaneck, NJ – Residents and motorists in Teaneck are advised of road closures and parking restrictions that will be in effect this Sunday morning for the Annual Teaneck 5K Run. These measures have been put in place to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the event, which is expected to draw participants and spectators from the local community.

From 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the following roadways will be closed to vehicular traffic:

  • Palisade Avenue, between Court Street and Grayson Place
  • Sagamore Avenue, from Windsor Road to Garrison Avenue
  • Garrison Avenue, between Sagamore Avenue and Beverly Road
  • Windsor Road, from Beverly Avenue to Sagamore Avenue

In addition to these closures, several local roads adjacent to Garrison Avenue will also be temporarily closed to ensure the safety of the participants.


During the duration of the Teaneck 5K Run, parking will not be permitted on any of the above-mentioned roadways. Residents and visitors are advised to make alternate parking arrangements to avoid any inconvenience.
