NEW YORK, NY – The New York Lottery has announced that two lucky individuals are celebrating their win as their tickets secured the third prize in the May 24, 2023 Powerball drawing. Each winning ticket is valued at $50,000, and they both have four matching numbers as well as the Powerball.
The first winning ticket was purchased at the 7-Eleven store located at 1599 Hillside Avenue in New Hyde Park. The second winning ticket was sold at 170th Street Grocery, situated at 160 East 170th Street in the Bronx.
For the May 24 Powerball drawing, the winning numbers were 12, 21, 44, 50, and 58, with a Powerball number of 26. Players are encouraged to use the New York Lottery app to securely check their tickets and confirm if they are among the fortunate winners.
