DURHAM, N.C. – Durham Police Department is currently investigating a shooting incident that occurred in the early hours of Sunday. At around 4:23 am, officers were summoned to a hospital due to a walk-in gunshot wound patient. Upon arrival, they discovered a second man had also reported to the hospital with a similar wound.
Both victims reported being injured in the same incident on the 1100 block of University Drive. Their injuries are non-life-threatening. The investigation remains active, and no further details are currently available.
