$10K Won on Powerball in Maryland

BALTIMORE, MD- A lucky Maryland Lottery player has joined the ranks of the nation’s luckiest individuals by securing a $10,000 third-tier prize in the Mega Millions drawing held on Tuesday, May 30. The winning ticket, which matched four balls and the Mega Ball, was sold at Christopher’s Fine Foods located at 5570 Shady Side Road in Churchton, Anne Arundel County.

The winning numbers for the drawing were 13, 16, 40, 64, and 68, with the Mega Ball number being 21. In total, Maryland celebrated a remarkable 12,004 winners in various prize categories ranging from $2 to $10,000 in last night’s drawing.

Both Mega Millions and Powerball, the nation’s premier jackpot games, currently feature rolling jackpots exceeding the $200 million mark, generating tremendous excitement among players across the country.


The last Mega Millions jackpot win occurred on April 18 when a lucky player from New York claimed the $20 million prize.
