Armed Robbery Suspect Sought by NYPD

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department requests public assistance in identifying an individual connected with a robbery in the 9th Precinct. The incident took place on Monday, around 3:28 pm, at a store located at 230 East 14th Street.

The suspect approached a 66-year-old female employee, displayed a firearm wrapped in a plastic bag, and demanded money. He then removed approximately $650 from the register before fleeing on foot westbound on 14th Street and into the 3rd Avenue subway station.

The suspect is a man, approximately 5’10” in height, and 170 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and black sneakers. There were no reported injuries.
