BALTIMORE, MD- Adding to the growing list of winners in the Maryland Lottery’s 50th year, a lucky Glen Burnie woman became the 51st person to claim a $50,000 prize on the popular $50,000 Cash scratch-off.

The $50,000 Cash scratch-off ticket made its debut on December 29, 2022, offering 160 top prizes of $50,000. After five months, there are still 109 of these substantial prizes awaiting lucky winners. Additionally, out of the original 174 second-tier prizes of $5,000, 118 remain unclaimed. The game also features tens of thousands of other prizes ranging from $20 to $500.

Maintaining its popularity among lottery players, the $50,000 Cash game holds a solid position at No. 10 on the Top 40 Scratch-Offs list of the Maryland Lottery.

The fortunate winner purchased her winning ticket at Honey Bee Liquors, located at 7509 Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie, Anne Arundel County. As a result of selling the top-prize winning scratch-off, the retailer will receive a bonus of $500, equivalent to 1% of the prize, as a gesture of appreciation from the Maryland Lottery.
