Hagerstown Police Investigating Downtown Shooting

HAGERSTOWN, MD – Late Thursday night, the Hagerstown Police responded to a shooting on the 100 block of North Locust Street in the downtown area. The incident left two individuals with non-life-threatening injuries, and they arrived at the Meritus Medical Center in a private vehicle.

The Police believe this shooting was a targeted incident. However, no other structures appear to have been hit by the gunfire.

The investigation is ongoing and the Hagerstown Police have not released any further information.
