Rochester Shooting Leaves Young Man Injured

ROCHESTER, NY – An incident that occurred on Depew St and West Ave, has left a man in his twenties with gunshot wounds. The Rochester Police Department responded to Strong Hospital last Tuesday, at about 5:12 am, following a report of a gunshot victim.

Upon their arrival, officers confirmed that the man had been shot at least once in the lower body. He is currently undergoing treatment for his injuries at the Strong Hospital, which have been described as non-life threatening.

As of now, no suspects have been taken into custody regarding this shooting. The Rochester Police Department is actively pursuing leads and is encouraging anyone with information about this incident to call 911.
