Sussex County Drug Unit Arrests Three for Crack, Heroin

SUSSEX COUNTY, DE – Three men were arrested on Thursday by the Sussex County Drug Unit. After a four-month investigation, detectives executed a search warrant on a Dagsboro residence suspected of drug dealings. The arrested men were identified as 34-year-old Clarence Mobley, 41-year-old Wilbert Perkins, and 28-year-old Devontay Jones, all residents of Dagsboro.

Detectives found approximately 25.13 grams of crack cocaine and 1.365 grams of suspected heroin on Mobley, who was arrested during a traffic stop while leaving the property. At the property, Perkins was found with 10.28 grams of crack cocaine and 0.819 grams of suspected heroin. Jones, found in the backyard, had 4.07 grams of crack cocaine and 0.805 grams of suspected heroin, in addition to access to two shotguns, which as a convicted felon, he is prohibited from possessing.
