Police Find Man Shot In Southeast D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C., Metro Police Department detectives are asking the public for assistance in identifying a vehicle involved in a shooting that took place on Monday afternoon at the 300 block of Atlantic Street in Southeast D.C.

Responding to a shooting report, police promptly reached the specified location shortly after 3 pm. Officers found an adult male victim who had been shot. The victim was taken to a local hospital for medical attention, with the injuries determined to be non-life-threatening.

Nearby surveillance cameras captured the suspect’s vehicle.
