LAUREL, MD – The Vice Unit of the Anne Arundel County Police Department conducted an investigation into RL Therapy, situated at 3513 Laurel Fort Meade Road in Laurel.
The operation involved undercover detectives who visited the establishment on two separate occasions.
During their visits, the detectives received massages and were solicited for illegal sex acts in exchange for money by two employees working at the business. It was discovered that both employees were not licensed to perform massage therapy in the state of Maryland.
As a result of the investigation, the following individuals have been charged in connection with the case:
- Kim Jeongran, a 53-year-old resident of Flushing, NY
- Li Meizi, a 47-year-old resident of Flushing, NY
