BROOKLYN, NY – On Wednesday, 30-year-old Jareill Finley was arrested and charged in relation to a criminal sexual act that happened on Wednesday, June 7, around 5:30 pm.
The New York Police Department reports that Finley pushed a 51-year-old woman down a flight of stairs in a residential building near Bradford Street and Pitkin Avenue, resulting in the victim suffering a fractured eye socket, jaw, and ribs. Finley then forced the victim into a sex act before fleeing the scene.
Finley, residing at 3600 Jerome Avenue in Bronx, NY, now faces charges of Assault: Int Disfigure-Sex Motivated, Strangulation, Criminal Sex Act (2 counts), and Sexual Abuse.
