QUEENS, NY – Former FBI agent and attorney John Magri was recently arraigned on multiple charges related to child exploitation. The charges followed an investigation into the sharing of child sexual abuse materials online, linked to an IP address at Magri’s residence on Dartmouth Street in Forest Hills.

After executing a search warrant, the New York Police Department found over 700 files containing disturbing content, including videos with children as young as six years old and younger.

Investigators also seized several electronic devices from Magri’s residence, which yielded numerous incriminating videos and images. If convicted, Magri faces a maximum sentence of up to seven years in prison.
