VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – A fatal shooting occurred on Stewart Drive on Friday, at approximately 11:54 P.M.
The Virginia Beach Police Department responded to the incident in the 5400 block where they found Joseph Hunter, a 42-year-old male, suffering from gunshot wounds.
Hunter was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
As of now, no charges have been made, and the police state there is no ongoing danger to the community.
