PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is reaching out to the public for assistance in locating 24-year-old Monica Robinson, who has been reported as a missing person. Monica was last seen on Thursday, July 20, 2023, at approximately 5:00 PM, in the vicinity of the 4700 block of Smick Street.
Describing Monica Robinson’s appearance, she stands at 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. She has a medium build and an olive complexion. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a black short-sleeve T-shirt and blue or purple pants.
