Police Investigating After Shots Fired in Annapolis

ANNAPOLIS, MD – Last Saturday, near midnight, Eastern District Police responded to reports of gunfire in the 1400 block of Hayes Road.

A local resident, initially mistaking the shots for fireworks, reported the incident after noticing damage to at least two vehicles in the area.

Evidence associated with the shooting was located near the intersection of Hayes Road and Yorktown Road.

Despite the gunfire, there were no injuries reported in connection with the incident.
