COLUMBUS, OH – A warrant has been filed for the arrest of Ismaiyl Hipps, a 26-year-old man charged with murder in the shooting that occurred on the 2400 block of Daily Rd. on August 12.
Columbus Police officers found the victim, Anthony Davis, 31, suffering from a gunshot wound and transported him to a local hospital in critical condition. Davis died on August 18 from injuries related to the incident.
