EAST DONEGAL TOWNSHIP, PA – On September 11, at around 12:18 a.m., an officer with Susquehanna Regional Police encountered a male walking in the middle of the road on the 1600 block of River Road.

The male, later identified as Isaac Deoca, refused to comply with the officer’s commands to leave the road and became aggressive.

He faces multiple charges, including aggravated assault and resisting arrest.

Deoca made statements suggesting he wanted the officer to draw his weapon and proceeded to attempt an assault on the officer while being taken into custody.

Deoca was taken to Lancaster County Prison for arraignment. He is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Susquehanna Regional Police are asking anyone with additional information to contact them.
