Franklin County Man Faces Additional Charges in Sexual Abuse Case

HARRISBURG, PA – Justin Biser of Waynesboro, already charged with the sexual abuse of three children and an adult, faces new charges, including the indecent assault of a fourth child and secretly recording naked images of the child.

Biser, 44, was arraigned on Friday, with bail set at $500,000.

The charges also encompass secretly video recording two other adults, numerous counts of child [censored]ography, invasion of privacy, obstruction, tampering with evidence, and corruption of minors.

Attorney General Michelle Henry highlighted a pattern where Biser allegedly used his community position to access potential victims.

A preliminary hearing for the new charges is set for October 17.
