Police Search for Subway Groper in Upper Manhattan

NEW YORK, NY — The New York City Police Department seeks the public’s help in identifying an individual connected to a forcible touching event reported by the 26 Precinct/Transit District 3.

The incident took place on Thursday, November 9, at around 12:15 PM on a northbound #1 Train as it arrived at the Broadway and West 110th Street station.

A 30-year-old woman reported that an unidentified man placed his hand under her right buttock while seated on the train. After the incident, the victim disembarked from the train, and the accused individual remained aboard, departing to an undetermined location.
