SEAFORD, DE – The Delaware State Police arrested 42-year-old Tracy Wagner from Laurel, Delaware, on charges of felony assault following a domestic disturbance in Seaford.

The incident occurred on the morning of December 21. Troopers were dispatched to a residence on North Street in Seaford around 10:35 a.m. after receiving an assault report.

The investigation revealed that Wagner had returned to her ex-boyfriend’s home that morning, despite previous instructions from troopers barring her from the property. Upon her arrival, Wagner engaged in a confrontation, yelling and knocking on the door. As her ex-boyfriend attempted to close the door, Wagner used pepper spray inside the home, affecting a 62-year-old resident.

She then fled in a gray car, taking her ex-boyfriend’s car keys from his running vehicle.

Despite initial efforts, troopers were unable to locate Wagner at her address or in the vicinity. An arrest warrant was issued. Later the same day, Wagner voluntarily surrendered at Troop 5, where she was formally charged. Following her arraignment at Justice of the Peace Court 2, Wagner was released on a $7,250 unsecured bond.
