BROOKLYN PARK, MD — The Anne Arundel County Police Department has announced a homicide investigation following a deadly incident in Brooklyn Park. The victim, an adult male, succumbed to his injuries, escalating the case from an assault to a homicide.
Initially reported as a contact shooting in the 100 block of Bon Air Avenue, emergency units arrived at an active scene where they found the victim with serious, life-threatening injuries. Despite immediate transport to a medical facility by the Fire Department, the victim’s injuries proved fatal.
Authorities are urging anyone with information related to the incident to come forward.
