Three young men have been released from the hospital, while two others remain in stable condition on Saturday afternoon following a mass shooting in Greenbelt.

On Friday, April 19, at approximately 2:30 p.m., the Greenbelt Police Department responded to a shooting incident at Schrom Hills Park, involving a large group of more than 500 high school students gathered for “senior skip day.” Five people, ages 16 to 18, were injured in the park on Hanover Parkway.

Three of the victims have been discharged from the hospital, while one is stable but under evaluation, and the critical patient’s condition has improved to stable.
