Newark Public Safety seeks assistance in locating Marie Campbell, a 51-year-old woman wanted for questioning regarding a robbery that took place on Monday, April 1.
A male victim engaged with a woman on Avon Avenue after she contacted him, offering a vehicle for sale. The woman directed to them Jelliff Avenue to view the car, where they encountered another male. Sensing unease, the victim departed, subsequently falling victim to a robbery by two men at gunpoint.
Detectives involved in the case have called for information about Marie Campbell, who also goes by the alias Baby Cakes. Campbell is described as 5’4” in height and weighing 170 pounds.
