NEW YORK, NY — The New York City Police Department is seeking public assistance to locate 39-year-old Kashaan Parks, wanted in connection with multiple charges including first-degree rape and assault.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, May 1, at around 5:00 AM near East 152 Street and 3 Avenue, within the 40th Precinct. According to reports, the suspect attacked a 45-year-old female from behind, causing her to lose consciousness and sexually assaulted her.
The suspect then fled on foot towards Melrose Avenue. The victim was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln in stable condition by private means.
