Baltimore Police Arrest Teen in Stolen Car After Chase

BALTIMORE, MD — The Baltimore Police Department has announced the arrest of a 17-year-old male in connection with a stolen vehicle incident in the Southwest District. The arrest occurred on the morning of June 15, 2024.

At approximately 8:16 a.m., officers were approached by a male complainant who reported that his vehicle had been stolen. Officers promptly obtained a description of the stolen vehicle and began canvassing the area.

The stolen vehicle was located in the 400 block of Font Hill Avenue, along with the suspect. Following a brief pursuit, the 17-year-old suspect was apprehended. He has been transported to the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center for processing.

The Baltimore Police Department commends the swift actions of the officers involved and reminds the public to report any suspicious activities to help ensure community safety. Further information on the case will be provided as it becomes available.
