WASHINGTON, DC—The D.C. Metro Police Department has issued a plea for community assistance in the search for a stolen dog named “Yurman” and the identification of a robbery suspect.
On Saturday at about 8:02 p.m., while walking her 2-year-old male French Bulldog in the 1700 block of Fort Davis Street, Southeast, a victim was approached by an armed suspect who subsequently fled with the dog in a vehicle.
The incident, captured by surveillance cameras, shows both the suspect and the vehicle involved.

The D.C. Metro Police Department is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the perpetrator responsible for this or any other crime committed in the District of Columbia.
