Both were last seen on Thursday at approximately 5:00 p.m. in the White Marsh area. At the time of her disappearance, Davis-Wise was wearing a pink wig and a floral dress. The clothing of the child, Damoni, remains unknown.
Concerns are heightened as it is believed that Jessica may be experiencing a mental health crisis and could require immediate assistance. She is likely driving a white Nissan Rogue, although the vehicle’s registration details are currently unknown.
