HOWELL, NJ – Police and EMTs rescued a child after being notified they were left in a hot car on a blistering day this week in Howell Township.

In a life-saving rescue in Howell, a young child from Lakewood was left unattended in a hot car for over an hour while their mother was shopping at a local mall. The child, found in a state of distress and soaked in sweat, was fortunately rescued without long-term harm.
