Yonkers, N.Y. — A top-prize-winning Take 5 ticket worth $32,528 was sold in Yonkers, the New York Lottery announced Sunday.
The ticket, sold at Palmer Road Lizzie’s located at 468 Palmer Road, won the top prize in the Dec. 2 Take 5 evening drawing.
Take 5 numbers are drawn from a pool of one to 39, with drawings held twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Lottery prizes may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
The New York Lottery, which contributed $3.8 billion to public education in the 2023-2024 fiscal year, is North America’s largest and most profitable lottery organization.
