Woman charged with assaulting cops in Ocean County

OCEAN COUNTY, N.J. — Lisa Marie Dulany was incarcerated on Monday at the Ocean County jail after being charged with multiple offenses, including aggravated assault on law enforcement officers and obstruction of justice.

Court records reveal that Dulany, 27, faces charges stemming from two separate case numbers. The allegations include two counts of aggravated assault against law enforcement officers under New Jersey statute 2C:12-1B(5)(A), one count of obstruction of the administration of law under 2C:29-1A, and one count of resisting arrest with violence under 2C:29-2A(1). Additionally, she is charged with criminal mischief related to tampering, a violation of 2C:17-3A(2).

All charges against Dulany are graded as indictable offenses, with the aggravated assault charges classified as third-degree crimes and the other charges ranging from third to fourth degree.
