WASHINGTON, DC – A 16-year-old male has been arrested in connection with an armed carjacking that occurred last summer in the 2700 block of 31st Street, Southeast.

The incident took place on a Tuesday evening in August, when three suspects allegedly approached a victim seated in their vehicle. One of the suspects brandished a gun and demanded the victim’s belongings and vehicle. The victim complied, and the suspects fled the scene in the stolen vehicle.
