VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A Norfolk man was killed in a single-vehicle crash early Sunday morning on Virginia Beach Boulevard, police said.
Officers from the Virginia Beach Police Department responded to the 4900 block of the roadway at approximately 3:30 a.m. and found the driver, identified as 36-year-old Theodore Ford Jr., deceased at the scene.
The incident is under investigation by the VBPD Traffic Safety Unit.
