HAGERSTOWN, Md. — A lucky Maryland Lottery player scored an $870,000 Multi-Match jackpot in Thursday night’s drawing, making it the second jackpot win of the year for the in-state game.

Winning ticket sold in Washington County

The jackpot-winning ticket was purchased at Martin’s, located at 1670-C Wesel Boulevard in Hagerstown. The Washington County retailer will receive a $1,000 bonus for selling the top-prize ticket. The winner has not yet come forward.

The April 10 drawing produced the winning combination of 05, 27, 29, 35, 39, and 42. This marks the second Multi-Match jackpot awarded in 2025.


Cash or annuity option available to winner

The winner will have the choice of taking the full $870,000 prize as an annuity paid over 25 annual installments or opting for an estimated lump-sum payout of $510,000 before taxes. The prize must be claimed within 182 days from the drawing date.

In February, a Baltimore City resident claimed the year’s first Multi-Match jackpot, worth $3.3 million, on a ticket purchased in Parkville.
