Detectives with the Richmond Police Department’s Third Precinct are investigating the incident, which took place at approximately 3:15 a.m. on April 5. An unknown male suspect was recorded on a store surveillance camera inside a locked commercial property located in the 3400 block of West Cary Street.
The man, who has not yet been identified, was seen stealing cash from the business before fleeing the scene. Police have not disclosed the name of the business or the amount of money taken.
