Wall Township Police make eight arrests in busy week of enforcement activity

WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ — Wall Township Police reported multiple arrests between April 14 and April 20, including charges ranging from drug possession to DWI and criminal sexual contact, according to a department summary released Monday.

On April 14, Patrolman Clint Forgach arrested Dajere Brown-Farris, 25, of Neptune, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and drug paraphernalia after a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 33/34. Brown-Farris was processed and taken to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

The next day, April 15, Patrolman Jason Paulus arrested Matthew Jones, 31, of Bronx, NY, on a Wall Township warrant for credit card fraud while he was held at the Union County Jail. Jones was also transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

On April 17, Patrolman Thomas Gavaghan arrested Annette Soldo, 61, of Lakewood, for an outstanding traffic warrant from Brielle. Soldo was processed and released on her own recognizance.

Drug charges, DWI arrests, and warrant pickups

On April 18, Patrolman Forgach arrested Nathanael Jones, 43, of Long Branch, on a Wall Township traffic warrant during a suspicious person investigation on State Highway 33. He was released on his own recognizance.

April 19 saw two arrests: Sergeant Jason Kelly arrested Jose Olivaresaguilar, 23, of Wall, for driving while intoxicated (DWI) following a stop on Atlantic Avenue. He was processed and released under John’s Law. That same day, Patrolman Forgach arrested Abiodun Akanmu, 30, of Old Bridge, for criminal restraint and criminal sexual contact stemming from an investigation on New Bedford Road. Akanmu was released on a summons.

On April 20, Patrolman Vincent Colucci arrested Jaylin Epperly, 27, of Spring Lake Heights, for DWI on State Highway 35. Epperly was released in accordance with John’s Law. Also that day, Patrolman Alfredo Flores took custody of Kenneth Burke, 54, of Camden, on a Wall Township criminal warrant from Neptune Police. Burke was transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.
